Improving Agricultural Green Supply Chain Management by a Novel Integrated Fuzzy-Delphi and Grey-WINGS Model

This study suggests a novel hybrid model for calculating the interrelationships between factors by integrating Fuzzy set, Delphi, Grey theory, and Weighted Influence Nonlinear Gauge System (WINGS) approaches in agricultural green supply chain management (AGSCM). Delphi helps to select 12 indicators from 19 defuzzification ambiguity associated with subjective judgment 10 experts data collection. WINGS can illustrate relationships, direction, strength of simultaneously, which illustrates that environmental law, consciousness, product quality, price are most significant AGSCM. The results help operators not only analyze these key influencing factors, but also understand complex cause-and-effect relationships factors. integrated will hopefully provide useful tool policy makers decision sustainable development.
